These days, a lot of attention is given to the promise and possibility of external transactions based on corporate intellectual property. But the truth is that most IP is held by businesses for their own benefit, with good reason because in most cases, the highest and best use of IP is inside the company that created it.

If your organization uses its own IP, this webinar will help you understand how to maximize IP value by putting it to work in a viable business model.

Presenter:

Mary Adams is an expert in knowledge-based business models. She is the co-author of Intangible Capital: Putting Knowledge to Work in the 21st Century Organization and creator of the IC Knowledge Center, an international community of close to 400 thought leaders interested in how knowledge intangibles can be leveraged for growth and innovation. For the past 13 years, Mary has worked as a consultant to knowledge-intensive companies via the firm she founded, Trek Consulting. Prior to founding Trek, Mary was a high risk lender for 15 years at Citicorp and Sanwa Business Credit.
